Do You Know Why You Yawn?


Do you ever know why do you yawn every day? Whether you're a child, an adult, or a teen you surely have experienced yawning.It has been linked to someone being tired, sleepy or bored. Listed below are the facts why people yawn:

An eleven week old fetus can yawn already, an earliest occurrence for human.

Yawning is a sign of showing capacity to recognize sadness or happiness, so the next you yawn, you know.

Non Autistic children yawn more than those autistic kids, this is because autistic kids have difficulties in showing empathy.

When you yawn in front of your dogs, do not worry. Yawning in front of dogs does not scare them, it relaxes them. So be cool with it. It is yawning that keeps us alert and attentive so give it a shot.

It is yawning that cools the brain, studies shows that yawning seems like exhaust fan to our brains that releases carbon dioxide in our body. Whenever we yawn, we are letting ourselves to flush out carbon dioxide and let the oxygen flows in.

A good yawning last for a maximum of six seconds, this is an example of a balance and perfect yawning.



Almost 60% of the people yawn right after seeing someone yawn, so now you can understand why after seeing someone yawn, you are surely the next one to yawn.

Every time you yawn, you are allowing yourself to gain mental consciousness; it happens when you breathe deeply that allows your brain to get the message clearly.

Yawning helps you regain yourself especially when you are doing something. Whenever you yawn, you are giving yourself a chance to move from being inactive to active and vice versa.

Yawning is better if you would do it together with your significant other, family relatives or friends. Studies show that when you are in a not so good situation, what you have to do is to pause for a while and yawn together. Through this, you are letting yourself to welcome the new vitality that will lead you to laugh together; we all know that laughing has also good benefits like yawning.
